- For Picnic this place is Relatively safe, but its in a forest area without mobile network with elephant crossings and a rocky terrain, so make to leave before evening.
- And yeah be careful while you are inside the forest for snakes.
- Camera/Video allowed.
- No restaurant near by the waterfall.but you can find restaurant near narsinghpur.
- The waterfall gets dry during summers.
- No Mobile network available there.
- One can cook the food there provided one carries all the essential items to the spot. Its better to buy your ration from cuttack .
• The waterfall is approximately 40 ft in height and mostly unknown to the outside world save for the locals of Banki and Athagarh.
• Deojhar is one of the nicest and unexplored waterfalls situated in Narasinghpur Cuttack. It is around 112 KMs from Bhubaneswar.80km from Anugul town. I advise to take the Khurda road instead of going via Ansupa Cuttack. If you go through by bhadrak-cuttack road then its take 120kms.and if you go through sambalpur-cuttack it take approximately 140km.
• Before reaching the waterfall in between Bhubaneswar and Deojhar you can visit two famous temple of Odisha Tourism one is Narayani Temple and another one is Kontilo Nilamadhav temple.
• Another waterfall is 6-7 km away from that place “dabarkhol” . Bt that waterfall might not be safe in evening time cause ???? comes to that place sometime.
• Bus services is available up to Champeswar 115kms on the Cuttack Narshingpur road From Champeswar to Godibandha and from there to Deojhar is 15kms to be reached by hired Auto.
• Walking distance from parking to the spot is about 500meters through uneven and rock-full of path. Wonderful place for adventure.
