• Consult lifeguards before entering the sea.
• Always swim or surf at places patrolled by lifesavers.
• Read safety signs.
• Swim in safe areas only.
• Swim with a friend.
• Be aware of blue bottle jellyfish, they might stings.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Dont go inside if u don’t Know how to swim.
• Watch for warning flags (and know what they mean).
• Watch for rip currents. Be aware of the waves.
• Use the dustbins and garbage receptacles for disposing all garbage and rubbish. Do not throw them in parks, on beaches, into the sea or public places. Please help keep the Odisha litter free.
• Never dive without knowing the depth of the water and never dive into shallow water.
• Don’t swim so far that you don’t have the energy to swim back to shore.
• Do not swim when drunk.
• Do not use plastic bags. Plastic carry-bags are banned in Odisha. If anybody is caught with a plastic carry-bag, he/she can be fined either or imprisoned for Certern period or both.
• Do not hunt any kind of birds and animals both on land and on sea. Please help us in preserving ocean-life at beach.
• Staying on beaches or forest areas overnight is strictly prohibited. Take care to return to your hotel or resort after sunset.
• Remember to carry a little cash always & keep yourself hydrated during noon time.
In the evening between 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the time of low tied, the whole sea will be disappeared infront of you till 3 to 5km. approx..it means at the time of low tied when the water level is low into a sea the water level is decreases on that level where the 3 to 5kms there is no water .
After some tym you can see there is some water just for 1-2 inches in which you can walk.not only walk you can go deep into the sea .

Chandipur beach which is that much unique, but still it is not popular in Odisha and any other place.
Rarely you heard about this type of beaches. Because of this only area is less crowded and not developed that much and you will find natural beauty everywhere.
Just sit into the water and enjoy the Sunset.
Along with this , the place is not that much developed .
But you will find a small-scale retail shops of coconut water, souvenirs shop etc..which made your evening walk excited and wonderful .
A newly built Radha-Krishna temple near chandipur beach is also a good attraction.
Taxis and Auto rickshaws are also available from Balasore, hiring auto or taxi you can easily reach the Chandipur Beach .Odisha Tourism’s Panthanivas (guest house) is situated here.You can stay there.
